Clamping is by two double-acting air cylinders that lock the lumber in place with 175 lbs. of pressure at 100 psi of line pressure. Self-contained power unit has 5 hp motor to drive the hydraulic pump. Pressing is by a 4 inch cylinder that delivers up to 15.7 tons of force.
